These terms are available in both the local language and English for your convenience.<\/p><hr data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"683\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"ien10z\" data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"717\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"717\">General Rental Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><h3 data-section-id=\"1t945dw\" data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"742\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"742\">Driving Licence<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"851\">The driver must hold a valid full driving licence for a minimum of three (3) years prior to the rental date.<\/p><hr data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"856\" \/><h3 data-section-id=\"talx7y\" data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"889\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"889\">Minimum Rental Duration<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"1060\">The minimum rental period is twenty-four (24) hours.<br data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"945\" \/>A grace period of up to one (1) hour is allowed. Beyond this period, an additional full rental day will be charged.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1065\" \/><h3 data-section-id=\"1y1rymd\" data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1093\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1093\">Fines &amp; Violations<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1244\">All fines, traffic violations, and administrative penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter and\/or driver.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1249\" \/><h3 data-section-id=\"qxepxr\" data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1279\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1279\">Vehicle Availability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1426\">Traffic S.A. reserves the right to provide a vehicle of similar or higher category in the event that the originally booked vehicle is unavailable.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1431\" \/><h3 data-section-id=\"1jo6kcq\" data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1462\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1462\">Collection &amp; Delivery<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1581\">Collection and delivery services are provided free of charge for all vehicle categories, subject to prior arrangement.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1586\" \/><h3 data-section-id=\"17ygv4z\" data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1614\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1614\">Use Outside Greece<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1724\">Vehicles may not be taken outside the borders of Greece without prior written authorization from Traffic S.A.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1729\" \/><h3 data-section-id=\"1yvqe6q\" data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1752\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1752\">Sea Transport<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1879\">Transport of the vehicle by sea (ferry or other vessel) is not permitted without prior written authorization from Traffic S.A.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"1884\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"cv8ffk\" data-start=\"1886\" data-end=\"1936\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1889\" data-end=\"1936\">Financial Responsibility &amp; Security Deposit<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"2074\">A security deposit is required for all rentals and serves as a guarantee against any potential charges arising during the rental period.<\/p><p data-start=\"2076\" data-end=\"2118\">The renter is financially responsible for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2317\"><li data-section-id=\"1j3no0f\" data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2148\">Any damage to the vehicle<\/li><li data-section-id=\"19ccvqr\" data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2203\">Damage to tires, rims, undercarriage, and interior<\/li><li data-section-id=\"8v7toh\" data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2245\">Loss, theft, or misuse of the vehicle<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1elc52c\" data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2317\">Any additional charges resulting from negligence or breach of terms<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2319\" data-end=\"2516\">Any such costs will be covered partially or fully from the security deposit. In the event that the total cost exceeds the deposit amount, the renter remains liable for the full outstanding balance.<\/p><p data-start=\"2518\" data-end=\"2763\"><strong data-start=\"2518\" data-end=\"2532\">Important:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2532\" data-end=\"2535\" \/>Damages or incidents resulting from violations of the Greek Traffic Code (including but not limited to driving under the influence) are not subject to any limitation of liability and remain the full responsibility of the renter.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2765\" data-end=\"2768\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"k8s81t\" data-start=\"2770\" data-end=\"2792\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2773\" data-end=\"2792\">Rental Benefits<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2814\">All rentals include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"3084\"><li data-section-id=\"17gma2w\" data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2826\">24% VAT<\/li><li data-section-id=\"vdglr2\" data-start=\"2827\" data-end=\"2851\">Unlimited kilometers<\/li><li data-section-id=\"ofc2pl\" data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"2887\">24-hour emergency phone support<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1wn75t2\" data-start=\"2888\" data-end=\"2919\">24-hour roadside assistance<\/li><li data-section-id=\"wjat2q\" data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"2975\">Vehicle replacement in case of mechanical breakdown<\/li><li data-section-id=\"l89t27\" data-start=\"2976\" data-end=\"3016\">No hidden charges at the rental desk<\/li><li data-section-id=\"mnqc5t\" data-start=\"3017\" data-end=\"3084\">Delivery and collection at airport, hotel, or company locations<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3086\" data-end=\"3089\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"2pcple\" data-start=\"3091\" data-end=\"3117\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3094\" data-end=\"3117\">Stornierungsbedingungen<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><h3 data-section-id=\"bi171r\" data-start=\"3119\" data-end=\"3160\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3123\" data-end=\"3160\">1. Vollst\u00e4ndig im Voraus bezahlte Reservierungen<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><ul data-start=\"3507\" data-end=\"3684\"><li data-section-id=\"1hm93o1\" data-start=\"3507\" data-end=\"3559\"><strong data-start=\"3509\" data-end=\"3545\">More than 7 days before pick-up:<\/strong> Full refund<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1izkl59\" data-start=\"3560\" data-end=\"3606\"><strong data-start=\"3562\" data-end=\"3593\">6 to 3 days before pick-up:<\/strong> 50% refund<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1mpkdwb\" data-start=\"3607\" data-end=\"3657\"><strong data-start=\"3609\" data-end=\"3645\">Less than 3 days before pick-up:<\/strong> No refund<\/li><li data-section-id=\"6uaxn6\" data-start=\"3658\" data-end=\"3684\"><strong data-start=\"3660\" data-end=\"3672\">No-Show:<\/strong> No refund<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3686\" data-end=\"3776\">Refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 7 business days.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3778\" data-end=\"3781\" \/><h2 data-section-id=\"1o0tyzf\" data-start=\"3783\" data-end=\"3836\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3786\" data-end=\"3836\">Prohibited Use, Violations &amp; Early Termination<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p data-start=\"3838\" data-end=\"3960\">The renter and any authorized driver must operate the vehicle in full compliance with all applicable laws and these terms.<\/p><p data-start=\"3962\" data-end=\"4000\">The following are strictly prohibited:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4001\" data-end=\"4233\"><li data-section-id=\"1fkyld9\" data-start=\"4001\" data-end=\"4079\">Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances<\/li><li data-section-id=\"qjfamz\" data-start=\"4080\" data-end=\"4113\">Reckless or negligent driving<\/li><li data-section-id=\"7m8hm9\" data-start=\"4114\" data-end=\"4157\">Any violation of the Greek Traffic Code<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1nqjem9\" data-start=\"4158\" data-end=\"4189\">Use by unauthorized drivers<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1v35rg3\" data-start=\"4190\" data-end=\"4233\">Use of the vehicle for illegal purposes<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4235\" data-end=\"4270\">In the event of any such violation:<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"s6ofss\" data-start=\"4272\" data-end=\"4304\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4276\" data-end=\"4304\">1. Immediate Termination<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"4305\" data-end=\"4398\">Traffic S.A. reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without notice.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"1kc10dx\" data-start=\"4400\" data-end=\"4427\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4404\" data-end=\"4427\">2. No Refund Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"4428\" data-end=\"4542\">No refund will be issued for any unused rental period following a violation or termination due to breach of terms.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"10vcwdp\" data-start=\"4544\" data-end=\"4572\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4548\" data-end=\"4572\">3. Authority Seizure<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"4573\" data-end=\"4718\">If the vehicle is seized, impounded, or held by authorities, Traffic S.A. bears no responsibility for loss of use or any resulting inconvenience.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"1pqquxt\" data-start=\"4720\" data-end=\"4755\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4724\" data-end=\"4755\">4. Full Financial Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"4756\" data-end=\"4797\">The renter remains fully responsible for:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4798\" data-end=\"4938\"><li data-section-id=\"dobx1n\" data-start=\"4798\" data-end=\"4831\">All fines and legal penalties<\/li><li data-section-id=\"18tlvwy\" data-start=\"4832\" data-end=\"4877\">Towing, storage, and administrative costs<\/li><li data-section-id=\"k693wp\" data-start=\"4878\" data-end=\"4908\">Loss of use of the vehicle<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1j3no0f\" data-start=\"4909\" data-end=\"4938\">Any damage to the vehicle<\/li><\/ul><h3 data-section-id=\"15yiwz0\" data-start=\"4940\" data-end=\"4970\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4944\" data-end=\"4970\">5. Deposit &amp; Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p data-start=\"4971\" data-end=\"5101\">All costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, the renter is liable for the remaining balance.<\/p><h3 data-section-id=\"1gd6sk5\" data-start=\"5103\" data-end=\"5133\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"5107\" data-end=\"5133\">6.
